We do not ship Sundays, or holidays. Couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment. We will continue to ensure your order gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience!

Lost Packages where tracking shows delivered. 1. File Claim with USPS  2. File police report  3. Wait for USPS investigation results. Depending on results items may reship.

REAL BLACK N BEYOND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. 

WE MAY ISSUE A REFUND UP TO THE OWNERS DISCRESTION. WE WILL GLADLY ISSUE YOU STORE CREDIT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE. STORE CREDIT WILL NOT EXPIRE AND CAN BE USED UPON RECEIPT.

Store credit applies if you receive a damaged or wrong item, and we first want to apologize. We can assure you that this matter is a priority that we are happy to resolve. Please email photos of the damages or wrong item to rbnb@realblacknbeyond.com within 2 days of delivery.  All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will not be accepted and returned to sender.  Real Black N Beyond will provide return label to initiate return.

LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY

For a fee of $3.00 local delivery is an option and must be chosen at checkout. If there are specific instructions for delivery please leave a note at checkout. You will be notified via email or text delivery details when the order is fulfilled and when your order has been marked for delivery. We deliver up to 9pm daily if your order is placed before 7pm otherwise delivery will be the next day.
